Al Dyson, maybe a bit ticked off by being way back, came on strong on the front nine of the second round with a day low gross score of 39. However, Ray refused to bite the bag and continued to play well and held tight to his big lead. Rick also continued to play good golf but Dyson was putting a serious move on him. Al's big lead in the long drive competition was erased and Rick took over in that business.

Ron got off the schnide with a nice 44 gross score on the third nine including a fine greenie on #3. However the big early lead by Ray was too much for him to challenge.
At the end of 27 holes the total net scores were:

1. Ray 35/30-65 33-98
2. Rick 34/40-74 36-110
3. Al 43/36-79 32-111
4. Ron 42/40-82 37-119
